30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased from our store.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: IWT will pay for the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label upon approval of your return request.
Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return a product that is not defective:
- Store Credit: You will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.
- Restocking Fee: Restocking fee of 20%
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- If the item is defective, please include a brief description and photos of the defect.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions (and a shipping label if the item is defective) on how to send your package back to us.
